The Incident at Ong’s Hat

A new mystery from the makers of The Polybius Conspiracy

Ong’s Hat is a legendary ghost town in southern New Jersey, rumored to have once been the site of a gateway to another dimension.  After meeting on a forum devoted to the urban legend, yoga instructor Sarah Larsen and schoolteacher Charlie Brill go on a road trip to the New Jersey Pine Barrens, where a group of renegade physicists had once conducted experiments in dimensional travel. When Sarah disappears, Charlie finds himself at the center of a mystery.

The audio series is created and produced by Jon Frechette and Todd Luoto, the creators of PRX/Radiotopia’s The Polybius Conspiracy, and executive produced by John Scott Dryden (Passenger List, The Cipher, Tumanbay, Mumbai Crime) for Goldhawk Productions. The project is inspired by Ong’s Hat: The Beginning by Joseph Matheny, the creator of the urban legend.

Corey Brill (The Walking Dead, Leopoldstadt), Avital Ash (Give Me an A), Rodney Ascher (Room 237, A Glitch in the Matrix), and James Bacon star in this docu-thriller for Radio 4 and BBC Sounds from the makers of The Polybius Conspiracy and Passenger List.
